McDonald’s India had a challenge that most large organisations quietly face. Their Corporate Communications team was flooded with requests. Multiple campaigns, multiple formats, and not enough time to think through every brief. They needed a partner who could handle strategy, concepts, and design without handholding. A team that could think through a campaign end to end and deliver ideas that were simple, sharp, and effective.
9Point Design stepped in to lighten that load. We built internal campaigns that carried their own clarity, from incentives and recognition to values communication and engagement drives. Each project was created to remove friction for the comms team so they could focus on impact, not instructions.
From campaign concepts to visual identity systems, we developed communication that worked across mailers, badges, digital screens, and on-ground activations. The goal was simple. Make internal communication feel lighter, clearer, and more energising.
