Apcotex had built a strong legacy over 40 years in synthetic rubber and performance chemicals. But their brand hadn’t kept up with the business.

As they prepared to enter global markets, key issues surfaced. The logo lacked recall at trade shows. There was almost no digital presence. Internally, there was no unified voice. Even after decades of growth, many still referred to them as “that Asian Paints company.”

We stepped in to shift that perception.

Our approach combined clarity with consistency. We redesigned the brand identity for maximum visibility and built a design system that worked across print, digital, and internal tools. More importantly, we found the stories that mattered, like how Apcotex’s fire team helped a neighbouring factory during a crisis, reflecting their core value of Respect & Care.
