Content & Operations Intern

About the Role
If you want to learn how real B2B content is built, shaped, and delivered, this role is a solid start. You shadow a senior strategist for the first month, understand how briefs move, and see how content stays consistent, then gradually handle tasks independently with support from the team.
What You Will Do
Create B2B Content
- Draft LinkedIn posts and short updates
• Support research-based blogs and long-form articles
• Proofread decks, scripts, and client communication
• Keep content calendars updated
Keep Work Moving
- Coordinate between seniors, designers, and clients
• Track progress and follow up on feedback
• Prepare clean, client-ready files
General Contribution
- Attend meetings and take usable notes
• Maintain organised folders and references
• Support operational tasks linked to timelines
Skills That Help
- Strong written English
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with multiple team members
• Interest in branding, content, and structured thinking
• Basic comfort with LinkedIn is useful, not compulsory

Graphic Design Intern
We’re looking for a design intern who lives and breathes typography, grids, and visual storytelling. If Canva is your ceiling, this isn’t for you. But if you know your way around Adobe CC (especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop), welcome aboard. Bonus if you’ve dabbled in After Effects or Figma.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Design Intern who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and jump into real client work. You’ll work with our creative team to craft design assets across digital, print, and product formats. No dummy projects. No endless resizing. Just strategic, intelligent design with impact.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in designing brand collateral (logos, presentations, social posts, internal comms, packaging, brochures etc.)
- Support brand identity projects and help maintain design systems
- Create layouts, moodboards, and presentation decks for clients
- Collaborate with copywriters and motion designers to bring brand narratives to life
- Learn the why behind our designs—not just the how
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a design degree or diploma
- Strong foundation in typography, layout, colour theory, and design principles
- Good command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (Figma is a bonus)
- A sharp eye for detail and a curious mind
- Bonus: Interest in branding, editorial design, or motion graphics

- Students of English, Journalism, Advertising, Mass Comm, or just word nerds welcome
