JJ Plastalloy: Turning Capability into a Scalable Brand System
JJ Plastalloy was already doing well. The products were trusted, the research was solid, and the business had momentum. What they lacked was not capability, but coherence.
They approached 9Point Design for sales and distribution material. What we saw was a bigger opportunity. Their communication needed structure, consistency, and a clear point of view that sales teams could confidently carry into conversations.
We began by defining a brand strategy and building practical brand guidelines that worked on the ground. From sales decks and distribution collateral to a refreshed website and LinkedIn presence (2500 followers to 8300 in less than 2 years), every touchpoint was aligned to one narrative.
A key moment was the launch of their in-house research lab. We named and branded it Tatva, positioning it as a credible, industry-open facility rather than an internal function. The communication focused on capability, credibility, and collaboration, encouraging external industry use.
The result was a brand system that supported growth without overstatement. Clear enough for sales. Credible enough for peers. Flexible enough for their team to take forward.
